These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nimbus platform (the "App") and website (the "Site").

1. Introduction

Welcome to Nimbus! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs"). If you do not agree, please do not use Nimbus.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

• You must be at least 13 years old to register an account.

• Users under 18 require parental approval to access certain features.

• Only users aged 18 and above can:

  • Enter competitions that involve prizes.

  • Subscribe to Nimbus Plus.

  • Make any purchases within the platform.

3. Parental Approval Process

• Users under 18 must provide a parent/guardian email during registration.

• A parent/guardian must verify the account before activation.

• Any purchase, including Nimbus Plus subscriptions, must be made by a verified adult account.

4. Competitions & Prizes

• Only users aged 18+ can enter competitions with prizes.

• Nimbus reserves the right to request proof of age before awarding prizes.

• If an under-18 user attempts to enter, their entry will be invalid.

• Nimbus may offer alternative engagement opportunities for under-18 users that do not involve prizes.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Nimbus Plus is available only to users 18+.

• A valid payment method from an adult account is required for subscription.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Nimbus reserves the right to change subscription pricing, with prior notice.

6. Data Privacy & Protection

• Nimbus collects limited user data, anonymised where possible.

• Users under 18 have stricter privacy settings by default.

• Nimbus does not allow targeted advertising for users under 18.

• Parents/guardians may request data deletion for their child's account.

7. Community & Forum Rules

• Users under 13 cannot access the forums.

• Users aged 13-17 have restricted posting access and cannot send private messages.

• Any inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension.

8. Advertising & Monetisation

• Nimbus may display advertisements, but users under 18 will only see age-appropriate, non-targeted ads.

• Advertisers cannot collect personalised data from under-18 users.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

• Nimbus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these T&Cs.

• Users can request account deletion by contacting support.

• Nimbus reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
